To apply for WELLS AWAY WEEKS
Please complete the application form, enclose the required photographs (shown at the bottom of the page) and send to; Mrs Liz Filpi, Wells Ballet Courses, Keepers Cottage, Vicarage Green, Wadhurst, East Sussex TN5 6DP (Please do not send by recorded or special delivery) Your complete application must reach us by the closing date, as advertised on the Upcoming Courses page. Bear in mind that places are allocated within three weeks of receiving an application, to enable people to take advantage of advance travel fares. Numbers are very limited for the WellsAway courses, therefore the earlier you apply, the more chance you will have of getting a place - and the flights will be cheaper! You will be notified of the result of your application within three weeks, by email. If successful, you will be asked to pay a deposit of £170, to secure your place. The balance of £428 must then be paid two months before the start of the course. (From now on, all payments should be made by direct bank transfer. Please see bottom of page for bank details and Photo Requirements)
To apply for WELLS WEEKENDS Please download and print the Wells Weekend application form below (inc Terms & Conditions page);
Please send completed Application Form, with the required photographs, (shown at the bottom of the page), to; Mrs Liz Filpi, The Wells Applications, Keepers Cottage, Vicarage Green, Wadhurst, East Sussex TN5 6DP (Please do not send by recorded or special delivery) Your complete application must reach us by the closing date of the course, as advertised on the Upcoming Courses page. (Any application recieved after this date, will be processed for the Reserve List, and as early birds for the following course!) You will be notified of the result of your application by email, shortly after the closing date. If successful, you will be asked to pay a £25 deposit, within seven working days, to secure your place. The balance of £170 must then be paid two months before the start of the course. Girls and Boys Girls extra position Please note; Places will be allocated by selection from information given on form, photographs and teachers’ recommendations.
BANK DETAILS ( for both Wells Weekends and Wells Away payments) All payments should be made by direct bank transfer, in GBP (pounds sterling) using student's surname and start date of course, as the reference. Ie. for the WellsAway Senior Week, which begins on the 5th August 2012, the reference should be SURNAME050812 (surname plus 6 digits) Please email us at info@wellsballetcourses.co.uk to confirm when payment has been made.
